Ranjini authored Upworldly Mobile. The book was launched in Chennai and Delhi.
Ranjini, was the dinner speaker, in the European Manufacturing Executive Round Table, held in the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart Germany, where she had the opportunity to speak about "Understanding India".

Ranjini co-authored a chapter with Darla Deardoff of Duke University in the Institute of International Education New York's book, International India: A Turning Point in Educational Exchange with the U.S.
Along with Padmashri Aruna Sairam, Global Adjustments conceptualised a national integration musical journey of India. Rendered for the first time as "Ode to Indira" at Former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's 25th death anniversary for the Prime Minister, Shrimati Sonia Gandhi, and Union Ministers in multiple languages. Ran the program as a full-fledged musi-cultural journey adding narration and visual effects in a concert to packed houses as a fundraiser for retiring musicians titled "Aikya India".

Ranjini appointed Executive Committee Member on the Women's Leadership Board
Ranjini co-authored a chapter in the Sage Handbook of Intercultural Competence.
Global Adjustments re-launched Global Indian instructor-led programs as 'Indian Roots, Global Wings' encompassing key subjects such as leadership, gender balance and diversity.

Established the India Immersion Centre, a destination where cultures meet and a place to gain a true understanding of Indian culture via various programs, including the flagship immersion workshop of 'Taste of India'.

Global Adjustments launched India's free cross-cultural e-learning portal for 21st-century youth, www.globalindian.com, accompanied by a series of lecture tours speaking at IIMs, ISB, MBA schools and Engineering colleges to inspire India's youth to become Global Indians.
